The 40 day fight is a Spiritual. Relational, Physical, Nutritional and Mental challenge. You’ll set specific targets to hit every day in these 5 Life domains, and then you’ll fight to do them for 40 days straight.40 days is a Biblical time frame that allows us to connect with Jesus in a unique way. It’s the length of time He was tempted and fasted in the desert. It’s long enough to develop new habits and set the foundation for ongoing practices, but it’s short enough to feel like something we can accomplish.

IT’S ABOUT DIRECTION, NOT PERFECTION!

The little, everyday “things we do”, are habit-forming, identity-shaping, love-directing rituals that capture our imagination and hence our desire, directing it toward a telos that is often antithetical to the telos God laid out for us. We are being formed unintentionally, by who we spend time with, what we read and listen to, how we spend our time and what we put in our bodies.

The 40 Day fight is designed to Equip, Encourage and Empower you towards a life that honors and glorifies God and ultimately live life to the full.

Here is the plan

Guided Fight - $40

These habits might be things that you are not doing currently. That said, SIGN UP NOW, but pick a start date out at least a week, so you can  spend some time planning your 40 Day Fight and planning time in your routine to enter into these new habits.

 If you’re trying some new nutritional habits- you need to get groceries! If you’re adding a simple workout plan – you need to plan when you’re going to do the work. We recommend giving yourself several days to pray, plan, and figure out how you’re going to attack this. Remember the goal is to hit all 5 categories – every day – for all 40 days!

5 Primary Domains of Life

Life domains provide a framework for understanding balance and identifying areas that may require attention or improvement. Each domain reflects a unique part of life, but is often interconnected with others. We want to help you take steps forward to form new habits and practices that lead to Life to the Full in these five Life Domains

1. SPIRITUAL DOMAIN

This is about spiritual growth and relationship with the Triune God. We want to cultivate and grow spiritually with intention.

2. RELATIONAL DOMAIN

This is about both the quality and depth of our relationships. The relational equity (or trust) we have with others has a massive impact on our health and overall joy and peace.

3. PHYSICAL DOMAIN

Our physical bodies are, according to scripture - "masterpieces." We weren't meant to be dormant. Physical activity is a critical part of this challenge. We have one life and need to make the most of it.

4. NUTRITIONAL DOMAIN

What goes into our body fuels us and gives us energy and life. Our relationship with food is a vital component of our relationship with God.

5. MENTAL DOMAIN

The creativity and knowledge we have available to invest. The skills and competences we learn allow us to thrive in life. We need to continue to learn in order to run our Race with endurance.

Meet The Founder

Jobe Lewis

Jobe and his wife Lyndsey and have 4 active boys, and have lived in the Northern Colorado area for the last 20 plus years. As a former Division 1 football player, he struggled to find the right balance between his faith, fitness, family and other goals.

In 2010, Jobe started working with youth pastors and others to help them find success in their faith and fitness journeys. The idea for 40 day fight was born out of a desire to see people find balance and success in the journey – to get off the diet/exercise rollercoaster, and to INTEGRATE their spiritual, physical, nutritional, and mental health pursuits.
