1. SPIRITUAL CAPITAL

The overarching spiritual guide that gives us a greater purpose and a ‘why’ that drives us. It’s the most valuable of all the capitals. It’s measured in wisdom and power.

5. FINANCIAL CAPITAL

The money — tangible resources we have available to invest. We need to manage these resources wisely. This means being a good steward, investing in business growth, working to be profitable and then ultimately being generous with what we’ve received. It’s measured in dollars and cents.

The relational equity (or trust) we’ve built-up (or eroded) with others. It’s both the quality and depth of our relationships. Culturally it brings greater levels of health and productivity to the organization. It’s measured in influence and impact.

3. PHYSICAL CAPITAL

The time and energy we have available to invest. Time is the great equalizer. We have one life and need to make the most of it. We need to calibrate balance, creating space for both development & delivery. It’s measured in hours and minutes.

EXECUTIVE COACHING

Overview:

Every one of us, as leaders, have big dreams, ideas and goals we want to achieve. So why is it so hard to turn those dreams into reality? Executive coaching will equip you with the tools and processes to uncover the obstacles standing in the way of your vision becoming reality.

6-WEEK INTENSIVE

Overview:

The intensive brings you 1-1 coaching either in-person or via a video conference call for an hour each week. Using our Prioritized Life assessment as a guide, we’ll cover each of your capitals with a personalized report and workbook, using it to offer encouragement, and accountability to help you get recalibrated and on your way to thriving.

What to Expect:

  • Incredible Insight: See where you’re unconsciously prioritizing your time
  • Increased Self-Awareness: Engage in areas where you might be self-sabotaging your own progress as well as areas of strength
  • Growth as a Leader: Gain insight into how leaders consciously and unconsciously order the five capitals.
  • New Priorities with an Action Plan: Our planning tools are designed to give clear and concrete next steps to move participants into greater levels of influence and impact as a leader.
