He Was a Pastor for 17 Years. Now He Runs a Bank | Darius Wise

What happens when the skills that prepared you for your next chapter come from a career you never expected to leave?

Darius Wise spent 17 years as a pastor before taking an unconventional path into financial services and eventually becoming President and CEO of Red Rocks Credit Union. Dan and Darius talk about navigating major career transitions, leading organizations through difficult change, and why purpose, people, and profitability do not have to compete.

Darius also touches on what ministry taught him about leadership, how he approaches rebuilding an organization, and why knowing your “why” matters when the path ahead looks nothing like the one behind you.
